Factory reconditioned Light, portable, versatile, and powerful, DeWalt's new little vac is an outstanding invention. We love that it is powered by a 12- to 18-volt battery, allowing for use when the power's off or you are too far from an outlet, and that you can also plug it in for continuous use. If you are a DeWalt fan, it is likely you already have the 12- to 18-volt batteries and the charger, so the fact that this is sold without those will not affect you. But that's a change we'd like to see DeWalt make. Other than that, it couldn't be better. The five-foot hose is flexible, and the cleaning tools fit on board. The suction's impressive, whether on AC or DC power.
