For the technician who already owns a Monitor 4000E or Enhanced Monitor scan tool, this set has only the software and cables needed for getting started in the Asian import diagnostics business. Included are OEM-dedicated and universal cables, Import '96 software cartridge, user's manual and video coupon. NOTE: An OBD II cable and System Smart insert must be used with an Enhanced Monitor to do OBD II system diagnostics. Current Enhanced Monitor owners may already have the cable and System Smart insert. If not, order cable No. 3305-73 and insert 3306-01.
